The Afrikaans word “bokkie” means small buck and is also a term of endearment used by South Africans. The beautifully laid out Bokkie Garden at Leeu Estates features an immaculate vineyard and “Reflective Resonance”, which is a powerful piece in bronze by acclaimed sculptor Angus Taylor, as well as “Homecoming”, cast by sculptor Otto du Plessis featuring Diana, the goddess of the forest and animals, walking with a small herd of springbuck.
