LA PETITE COLOMBE
Presenting an equally unmatched dining experience to its counterpart, La Colombe restaurant in Silvermist Estate in Constantia, La Petite Colombe is run by the talented team led by celebrity chef Scot Kitron and James Gaag, executive chef at La Petite Colombe. Visitors to the epicurean valley of Franschhoek can now look forward to experiencing the same level of service excellence and exquisite cuisine that put La Colombe on the map.

THE DINING ROOM
From our gardens to your plate our chefs use the seasons as their inspiration while preparing food full of flavour, with many of the ingredients coming from the Leeu Locally Grown vegetable gardens and orchards where daily harvesting ensures an element of wholesome freshness. Leisurely meals and fine vintages within the Mullineux and Leeu Family Wines and Great Heart Wines range from the cellar can be enjoyed in The Dining Room, Conservatory and The Deck.

PROTÉGÉ

Protégé is a casual-style eatery under the guidance of celebrity chef Scot Kirton. Visitors looking for an informal eatery now have the perfect venue in Protégé, featuring stylish casual fare created by a series of talented young chef. Asian, French and Italian influences can be detected in the cuisine which includes the trendy small plates menu, ideal for sharing. Visitors can choose to dine al fresco or watch the chefs at work in the central show kitchen.

All-day dining menu: 12h00-22h00

EPICE:
A venture from the team behind La Colombe, La Petite Colombe, Foxcroft and Protégé. Épice - derived from the French word Épice meaning spice (and is pronounced eh-peace) - is an intimate fine dining restaurant, serving an array of delectably curated dishes. The fine-dining restaurant is headed by chef Charné Sampson (previously sous chef at La Colombe).
