ON PROPERTY AMENITIES & SERVICES
There is plenty for guests to do around Linthwaite’s beautiful grounds. Try your hand at a game of boules on our pitch or an eye-catching giant outdoor chessboard invites you to play a game. Take a stroll along our walking trails admiring the local fauna, flora and sculptures or go for a cycle and explore the “chocolate box” village of Bowness on Windermere. There are two rowboats available on our tarn.

BICYCLES 
Complimentary bicycles are available at reception for exploring the area. To reserve a bicycle, please contact our guest assistant by dialling reception.

CONCIERGE 
Our team is able to assist in organizing transportation, tours, tables at some of the best restaurants and many other services. Please contact our guest assistant by dialling reception

LAUNDRY AND LINEN
In your cupboard you will find a price list and laundry bag; kindly complete this including any special instructions and contact reception by dialling 0 when we may collect. Alternatively, should you require an iron and ironing board please arrange for this to be brought to your room by contacting reception.

We currently change linen every second day, should you wish for your linen to be changed daily, please notify our reception team by dialling 0

THE MERE
Is a well-appointed event and meeting venue situated at the entrance to Linthwaite House. 

It has two venues, one a dedicated boardroom area and the second a blank canvas to create bespoke events. Both venues boast audio and video conferencing equipment, a 203-centimetre (80-inch) screen and high-speed Wi-Fi making it the perfect venue for business and board meetings as well as conferences for Leeu Collection guests.

SHOE CLEANING
This complimentary service is available 24 hours per day. Please contact our guest assistant who will arrange collection, by dialling reception.
