EMERGENCY SERVICES
Linthwaite House is equipped with highly sophisticated fire detection and alarm systems that offer the best possible protection in the event of an emergency.

Fire and evacuation instructions are located in your room. Please take a few minutes to read these and to familiarise yourself with the emergency exit routes. Please locate the nearest exits outside your room and ensure you know how and where to raise the alarm.

Should an alarm sound for any reason, announcements will be given to either standby or evacuate the building. In the event of an evacuation, please leave the building immediately by making use of the nearest fire exit.

Our fire alarm systems are tested on a weekly basis. Announcements will be made and a notice will advise when test sessions are due to take place. Please do not be concerned on these occasions.

Should you need special assistance in the event of an evacuation, please advise our guest assistant team on arrival. If you are unable to leave your room, please contact our guest assistant by dialling reception.
