The flavour-packed menu is inspired by the team’s culinary expedition to India, as well as memories of travels through Spain, Japan, Mexico, Denmark and the US, as well as chef Charné’s own Cape Town family influences. Presented in a home-cooking-style with a refined edge, the experience begins from the moment you sit down and continues through 11 courses, from a signature cocktail made with rum, pineapple syrup, mint, turmeric and ginger, to the conclusion with a fun test in which you match your chocolates with their respective spices.
