Arrival
We invite you to arrive 30 minutes before your scheduled journey, allowing time to slow down, settle in and fill in our guest consultation form. Kindly note that late arrivals will affect ritual duration.

Health Conditions
When making a spa reservation, kindly advise us of any allergies, health conditions or injuries that could affect the choice of treatment or use of our facilities.

Facilities
Our spa facilities have been thoughtfully designed to become part of your experience. Guests enjoying a treatment are warmly invited to make use of our indoor heated plunge pool, relaxation lounge, and infrared Himalayan salt steam rooms, located within both our ladies' and gentlemen's changing areas.

The 15-meter outdoor swimming pool is exclusive for Leeu Estates guests and not accessible for non-resident guests.

Each treatment is performed on handcrafted Italian LEMI treatment beds within one of our four beautifully appointed treatment rooms, including two couples' suites and two individual treatment rooms.

Our Beauty Atelier offers two manicure tables and two luxury pedicure chairs, creating a quiet space dedicated to the art of beautiful hands and feet.

Opening Hours
Leeu Spa is open daily from 09h00 to 18h00.

Cancellation Policy
Should your plans change, we kindly request 24 hours' notice to amend or cancel your reservation. Cancellations received within 24 hours may incur the full treatment fee. This also applies to gift certificate holders.

Little Humans Policy
Young guests (aged 5 – 12) are warmly welcomed to experience our Little Humans Collection. These rituals are enjoyed in our Beauty Atelier, for all Face and Body treatments. Children under the age of 16 years must be accompanied by a parent or guardian.

Leeu Spa Guest Invitation
For those wishing to share the gift of restoration, Leeu Spa Guest Invitations are available for all journeys and may be beautifully presented for birthdays, celebrations or simply because someone deserves to be cared for.

Journey Prices
All prices are listed in South African Rand and are subject to change without prior notification. Gratuities are not included and are welcome at your discretion.

Booking Confirmation
Please note, in order to secure your reservation, we require a 50% deposit. An international surcharge of R250 will apply for payments made by bank transfer or Forex.

Guest/s who use the various treatment facilities and equipment and utilise this facility do so at their own risk. The proprietor, its agent/s and or its employee/s (‘the proprietor’) shall not be held liable for, and the guest/s hereby waive/s and abandon/s any claims of whatever nature, including but not limited to that for theft, injury, loss or damage of whatever nature, against the proprietor, whether arising from the proprietor’s default, negligence or otherwise. The guest/s, in addition to the aforesaid, hereby indemnify the proprietor against any claims which may arise from whatever nature, whether arising from the proprietor’s default, negligence or otherwise.
