PROTÉGÉ

At Le Quartier Français

Visitors looking for an informal fine dining eatery now have the perfect venue in Protégé, featuring stylish casual fare created by a team of talented young chefs headed by Zane Soutar and Andrew Willemse. The idea with Protégé is to keep it casual and comfortable, hitting all the spots with a refined, flavour-packed approach to casual fine-dining. The kitchen team works with local suppliers to keep the menu as fresh and seasonal as possible. Visitors can choose to dine al fresco or watch the chefs at work in the central show kitchen. Resident guests are invited to take their breakfast here or order in-room dining.

Booking is essential for resident and non-resident guests wishing to dine at Protégé.
