Henrock, Linthwaite House

Henrock

Henrock is an informal and relaxed restaurant from chef and restaurateur Simon Rogan MBE, set within Linthwaite House in the fells above Windermere.

The team, led by Executive Chef Paul Burgalières and Head Chef Mark McCabe, has created a set menu and a tasting menu, which both stay true to Simon Rogan's farm-to-table ethos and deep-rooted respect for natural ingredients. Much of the produce comes from Simon's farm, known as Our Farm, located just a few miles away in the Cartmel Valley, whilst flavours and techniques are inspired by his travels to his international restaurants in Hong Kong, Malta and Phuket.

Henrock is open for dinner from Wednesday to Sunday and for lunch on Sundays. For dinner, guests are invited to choose between the three-course set menu (£75) or the eight-course tasting menu (£95). On Sunday lunchtimes, the Henrock team serve a seasonally changing selection of main courses alongside snacks to start and a dessert to finish at £42.
