The flavour-packed menu is inspired by the team’s culinary expedition to India, as well as memories of travels through Spain, Japan, Mexico, Denmark and the US, as well as chef Charné Simpson’s own Cape Town family influences. Presented in a home-cooking-style with a refined edge, the experience begins from the moment you sit down, providing an array of delectably curated dishes that showcase the essence of spice (Épice) from around the world.

Booking is essential for resident and non-resident guests wishing to dine at Épice.

THE SPICE EXCURSION

Embark on a culinary journey with Epice’s 7-course menu, available for lunch Friday to Sunday. Indulge in a flavourful experience for R1 495 per person.

The menu draws inspiration from the team’s global travels and is crafted using the finest local and seasonal ingredients, staying true to their philosophy of excellence.

Épice Policy

Please note that a discretionary 12% service charge will be added to all tables.

DEPOSIT

In order to prevent “no-shows”, we require a deposit in order to secure the reservation. The deposit is paid at the time of booking.
Should payment not be received, your reservation may be automatically cancelled.

CANCELLATION

Should you cancel your booking no later than 48 hours beforehand, we will gladly refund the full amount.

CHILD POLICY

Unfortunately no children under the age of eight (8) are allowed.

No BYO

Unfortunately we do not allow customers to bring their own wine.
