Here, at Henrock by Simon Rogan, we want to champion these growers, as their ethos mirrors our own. Our Farm in the Cartmel Valley is the nucleus of all our restaurants. Across all areas of the business, we are committed to sustainability and moving towards producing zero waste. Our growers and chefs work together to implement innovative growing methods that result in near-perfect produce in a regenerative and sustainable environment.
 
The wine list at Henrock, curated by our Head Sommelier Charles Carron Brown and his team, aims to introduce you to producers who share the same ideal alongside those who may be more familiar.
