House in October 2019 and showcases natural, perfectly
seasonal ingredients in a relaxed, informal setting.

Burgalières
and Head Chef Mark
McCabe have created frequently changing menus, including
a 3

course set menu and a tasting option, which utilise
produce from Our Farm, Simon's regenerative farm in the
Cartmel
Valley. The menus also nods to techniques and
produce discovered during Simon's time cooking in and
exploring the locations of his international restaurants in
Hong Kong, Malta and Phuket.
